Like many global Fortune 500 companies, NTT established an outpost in Silicon Valley to enhance its innovation profile and reach out to US startups and universities.  The leadership of the innovation center faced the challenge of gaining support from the hundreds of culturally diverse companies NTT owned around the world, as well as cutting through the noise of innovation theater to tap the curiosity of entrepreneurs.
